This document is a public offer for the Back To You service. By creating an account, and for paid services by completing payment, the user accepts these terms.

Service
Back To You provides a five-year journal and daily check-ins. Back To You Plus provides paid AI analysis of journal answers and check-ins. The AI output is informational, may contain errors, and is not medical or psychological advice.
Account and content
The user is responsible for keeping sign-in details secure and for content added to the account. The user must not disrupt the service, access other users’ data, or use the service unlawfully.
Price, access period, and recurring charges
Back To You Plus costs 300 ₽ for 30 days. With manual renewal, each subsequent period is paid for separately by the user. Automatic renewal applies only when it is explicitly shown before payment and the user gives separate consent: in that case, YooKassa saves the payment method and automatically charges 300 ₽ every 30 days until renewal is canceled. The final price, period, and renewal method are shown before payment. The provider issues and sends an electronic receipt as required for a professional income tax payer.
Cancellation and refunds
Future renewals can be canceled in Settings at any time; paid access remains available until the end of the paid period. The user retains all mandatory consumer rights, including the right to withdraw from services subject to payment of the provider’s documented expenses actually incurred where applicable. Refund requests can be sent by email.
Availability and changes
The provider may maintain, update, or change the service. Material changes to price or recurring payment terms apply only after notice and the user’s required consent. Questions and legally significant notices may be sent to kuftyrev.egor@yandex.ru.
